What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise specified.
How can I update my saved payment method?
You can update your saved payment methods in the ‘Payment Options’ section of your account settings.
Do you keep my credit card information on file?
No, We don’t store full credit card numbers. If you choose to save your payment method for future purchases, it’s securely tokenized and neither us or our staff will ever have access to your card number.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, you’ll be notified instantly and you will be given the opportunity to update your payment information or choose a different payment method.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
No VAT is charged on our Tea, However, VAT is charged on Accessories such as teapots. We don’t charge any hidden fees and the price you see, is the price you pay, with VAT already included, but shipping costs may apply depending on your order total and location.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually cancel it. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer price matching?
We don’t currently offer price matching, but we regularly run promotions and sales.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the tea I purchased?
We don’t offer refunds based on personal taste preferences for opened products. However, we’re happy to assist you in finding a tea you might enjoy.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds for unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened products may be eligible for store credit. Please contact our support team for further details.
Do you offer any payment plans or financing options?
Currently, we don’t offer payment plans or financing. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order. However, our PayPal option allows splitpay

Your card will be charged when your order is placed.
