The benefit of this decaffeination process is that it does not involve any chemical solvents to eliminate caffeine. Instead, by utilizing the naturally occurring Co2 in a controlled circulation process that applies high pressure and temperature, we can extract the caffeine while preserving the unique character of the tea in the cup.
